Take a walk in the early morning; hopefully, the harmattan will come.
Listen to some calming songs.
Let the wind play on your face.
Feel the dry air hit your nostrils.
Be one with nature.
The discomfort is part of the weight. Eat well enough.

Chop small small, to lose weight hard pass to gain am.
If you believe in prayer, do so too. Exist in the moment.
Exist in it.

Disconnect from the virtual world and focus on your surroundings.
Embrace the peace and tranquility that come with being present in the moment.

When talking to someone, actively be with the person.
Look at the people you talk to.

Engage in meaningful conversations and truly listen to what they have to say.
Appreciate the beauty of human connection and the intricacies of each individual.
