The Journey of Time our feet are yet to walk

T

Do you ever look around and wonder where time has gone?

You wonder how did I get so old?

and wonder what happened to your dreams, did they happen yet?
and if they have happened, yay, I am so glad for you.
And I hope you are happy.

Are you happy though?

Is there happiness to have at the end of all this?
Would you tell us if we are walking a path where there’s some happiness at the end, or are our feet walking endless lines with no rewards at the end?

You see money isn’t it for a lot of people.

Yes, we want a ton of it, heck I am as vain as a person gets, slightly differently from most people, but money isn’t the goal.

I write this for those whose feet are yet to walk the paths of time and who cannot see the what journey the future holds and who the uncertainty of today, its repetitiveness, and the boredoms threaten to wreck everything, perhaps it will get better. That I think is why hope is described as audacious.

If it hasn’t happened yet, it could.
And you are not a tree.
You are not stuck.

Even trees are replanted.

The milestones society has set and everyone else seems to be ticking off feel like a stone attached to your heartstrings that makes anxiety a bed partner.
Adjust to it my dude, you will be fine.
Milestone not met yet?

Oh well find something else to love,
Teas, spices, dance, people, the sea, options abound.
Something.
Your life won’t write its own story.
Write your story in the words you want to hear.
In the absence of happiness, contentment may well be a perfect replacement.

Your feet are yet to walk that path.
And that path is time.
